Sun Direct Pvt Ltd, a leading direct-to-home (DTH) service provider has announced a Pan India launch of its services in Mumbai.
Sun Direct is the fastest growing DTH service provider. Having garnered over 1.9 million subscribers since its launch in December 2007, Sun Direct aims to become one of the leading players in the DTH space by the end of this fiscal. Sun Direct adds a substantial number of subscribers every month and the company is confident of gaining further momentum with its launch of second phase in other locations of the country.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Tony D’Silva, COO of Sun Direct said “Our vision is to make SUN DTH the most preferred DTH platform in the country. Sun DTH offers 200 plus channels which includes 23 radio channels and video on demand. Sun bouquet has all the most viewed and prominent channels broadcasted in the country.
Sun Direct offers a basic package of over 130 + channels for a reasonable introductory offer of Rs. 499 (5 months subscription) along with free Dish and Set top box and Rs 1000/- towards installation charges. In addition to the introductory offer Sun Direct offers the biggest spread of 36 add on packages ranging from Rs 6 to Rs 195 per month of the most viewed channels. Sun Direct’s packages are customized in such a way that the subscriber pays only for what they see.
