tell me the list which u have removed from the date u started this service.
u r adding in single digit, removing in multiple digit.
these is no audit it seems on the calls that we made to customer care.
there must be some regional manager to take of such things.
i keep on calling c'care from oct30th 2010. Still now no one came to re-align my dish as per the new satellite settings.
the speed they show at the time of new connection, they have to show the same during compliants.
