Chennai - Sun Direct the country's second largest DTH player in India today announced that it is all set to telecast DLF IPL matches in HD on SET MAX. This is for the first time in India that the country's largest and most popular sporting and entertainment event will make its appearance in High Definition TV format thanks to Sun Direct HD ready technology.Sun Direct has joined hands with Set Max, who will provide the HD feed of the DLF IPL matches from March 12, 2010 onwards. This telecast feed will not carry any advertisements giving viewers uninterrupted match experience. Combined with Dolby Digital for the audio and sound with 16:9 ratio this HD telecast will deliver in-stadia like experience to viewers.
